Homes often get a lot of water exposure in the back half of the year due to storms and winter weather. And that doesn’t even include the internal issues that can cause water damage, like undetected plumbing problems.

It’s important to consider how that water could threaten your property: It can damage your roof, cause mold and mildew, and ruin your belongings.

If you have cash, then buy now! The adjusted prices and slower buyer activity is ideal for you. For most folks needing financing, there are so many options, so don't sit on the sideline. Some folks may not be able to swing the current economic envoronment, and that's to be expected, there are many options to consider. Prices are settling down from this spring's highs. Affordability is still out there if you know how to work your numbers (especially with record high rents), so let's discuss your situation to see if it's an opportunune time for you.

Rental rates in 2022...they are up. In some areas by a significant amount. So, it is not be the year to sign a multi-year lease. Expect off-season prices to be down. I am happy to discuss your situation one-on-one.
